PAN Vision invests further into consumer games marketing in preparation for future market challenges

 

The biggest distributor of games in the Nordics, PAN Vision, invests further into its consumer games marketing capabilities. The building of a cross-border Nordic Marketing team has begun, including the creation of a new position, Nordic Marketing Manager Games. Newly recruited, Daniele Östholm, with a solid previous experience in cross-Nordic marketing team building, now takes on the overall responsibility to further build PAN Vision’s partner-value added in Marketing. PAN Vision’s objective is to generate an increased intensity and creativity in marketing activities that attract games consumers in all of the Nordic and Baltic countries.

Today games attract an increased number of different consumers groups, demanding from game distribution to further develop its marketing insights, strategy and execution. These capabilities are essential to win the attention of the Swedish consumers and therefore seen as the very core of the offer PAN Vision to its retailers across Sweden. The company has perhaps the widest games portfolio in the Nordics enabling a “one-stop-shop” solution for many of its retail customers. A prerequisite for this product management leadership to continue its success is to ensure a full understanding of the various entertainment needs of consumers and how to address those needs through segmented marketing communications.

Daniele Östholm’s background includes several international consumer marketing management roles within the banking and automotive industry. His most recent role was Nordic Marketing Manager for Goodyear Dunlop Tires.
